New timestamp formatting options in Enterprise Library 3

In addition to the original option:

UTC time, current culture format

{timestamp}

Following date format options are added:

Local time, specific format(note the possible time zone shift suffix)

{timestamp(local:dd-MMM-yyyyTHH:mm:ssz)}

Output sample: Timestamp: 28-Jun-2007T16:13:25+1

Local time, current culture format:

{timestamp(local)}

Output sample: Timestamp: 6/28/2007 4:05:19 PM
